The Melbourne Marathon is a tour of Melbourne on foot. It runs past iconic buildings in the CBD, around Albert Park Lake out to the bay… before heading back into the city where you’ll already have around 41km of gruelling hurt in the legs. Don’t give up now - you get to finish in the hallowed grounds of the MCG! Bring on those last 1.2km and when you step inside the MCG you’ll float (or crawl…)! Soak up all the atmosphere —42.2km, you’ve just completed a marathon!
