How much is delivery?

For shipping within Australia, a flat fee of $15 applies for regular post by Australia Post. This includes postage and packaging to ensure your artwork is protected in transit. Once your order is processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your artwork to be delivered. 

For international delivery, please contact me directly and I’ll calculate the best and most cost-effective way to get your artwork to where you want it. Shipping costs will generally be between AU$20-$50 for the US, Europe and UK.

Mat Vaughan is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply, or for any delays as a result of customs.

Can I return my artwork?

I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or artwork damaged once received. I always do my best to carefully package artworks so they can bump their way through the postal system to you. But if for some reason your artwork arrives damage, please take a photo and email me within 48 hours of receiving and I’ll arrange a replacement.

Do you take commissions?
